The Hacienda de los Milagros is located in Chino Valley, Arizona. It is a 503b non-profit organization relying on donations and some grants. I am on the Advisory Board of the Hacienda. This year, 2009, has been extremely difficult financially, but in spite of everything, 50 animals have gone to wonderful homes. The burros pictured, Amore and Martha, are shown in their new home in southern Arizona. We still have burros and horses looking for their forever home.
